Sant Feliu de Guíxols has several signposted areas for safe swimming and sea bathing, set within a privileged natural environment. In the bay of Sant Feliu, the swimming channel runs from the harbour mouth to the Freu, letting swimmers cross the bay safely, separated from maritime traffic. In the bay of Sant Pol, the channel follows the coast from the bathing area of Sant Pol beach to Cala dels Mussols. A wetsuit, brightly coloured cap and signalling buoy are recommended.
